STUDENT ITINERARY

TUES Apr 8: DEPARTURE

If parking a vehicle on-campus during the trip, please use the northeast lot in spaces closer to Mingo Road. Though monitored by surveillance cameras, parking is at you own risk.

  • 11:30pm Band Building Unlocked

    • Bus Arrives

  • 11:45pm Load bus

    • larger luggage in cargo bays

    • backpacks etc in cabin

WED Apr 9: TRAVEL & REHEARSAL

  • 12:15am Bus Departs Tulsa

  • Driver Stops as needed

  • TIMEZONE CHANGE TO E.D.T. +1 hr.

  • 10:00am Breakfast stop in Terre Haute, IN.

  • 10:45am Depart breakfast location

  • 1:45pm Arrive at Hotel and Check-in: Comfort Inn & Suites, Middletown, OH

    • Lunch Served

    • Shower, etc

  • 4:15pm Load bus & Depart for rehearsal

  • REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

    • 5:00pm Arrive + Unload trucks + Rehearsal at Sinclair Community College Fieldhouse

    • 7:30pm Load trucks

  • 8:00pm Load bus & depart for hotel

  • 8:30pm Arrive at to hotel

    • Pizza served

  • 10:00pm In Rooms

  • 11:00pm Lights Out

STUDENT PACKING CHECKLIST

  • For Costume: undergarments

    • Long black socks (3 pairs)

    • Black sliders compression shorts (multiple pairs)

    • Black compression undershirt

  • For Thurs, Fri, Sat when not in costume

    • Backpack or Sling Bag

    • Pants / Jeans / Shorts (3 days)

    • UDL Jersey

    • SUGGESTED SHIRT-WEAR: Regiment hoodie, Big-U/RR shirt, Union Bands shirt, Section t-shirt, etc. ((for 3 days)

    • Show Shirt (Saturday)

    • UDL Jacket or other section jacket or letterman jacket, etc.

    • Footwear

      • Sneakers / Athletic Footwear (for rehearsals)

      • Comfortable shoes / flip-flops / slides / Berks etc. (if desired for other down-time, spectating)

  • Personal Care & Wear

    • Deodorant

    • Soap

    • Shampoo & hair care

    • Other cosmetic and/or hygiene items as pertinent

    • Socks & Undergarments (5 days)

    • Sleepwear (3 nights)

    • Medications: please check in with our trip nurse.

  • Travel Wear & Gear

    • Travel clothing (suggest: shorts / sweatpants / long or short sleeve t-shirts / etc.)

    • Comfortable shoes / flip-flops / slides / Berks etc.

    • Backpack / duffle / sling bag

    • Jacket / hoodie

    • Pillow & blanket

    • Homework / book

    • DVDs (G, PG, PG-13 ratings only)

    • Extra Snacks if desired (drink bottles must have screw-top lid)

    • Extra $ if desired for souvenirs, etc. (all meals are provided)

    • Phone + charger + battery pack

    • Personal / portable electronic devices must have headphones / ear buds
