Parents who wish to check their child out must email president@unionbands.com ahead of time. After the student is out of uniform and all responsibilities have been fulfilled, please check the student out with their director and sign them off of the bus roster with their appointed bus captain.
8:00am Breakfast served (Meal location: Golden Corral in Springfield, MO)
9:00am Depart Breakfast Location
11:45am Arrive at Union High School!
Instruments except sousaphones, battery percussion, front ensemble percussion, and audio will be unloaded form buses then stowed in band lockers as usual
