STUDENT ITINERARY

  • PRE-EVENT

    • Required team attire: Regiment Hoodie + standard performance undergarments

    • 7:30am Band building unlocked

    • 8:00am  Call time for front ensemble, loading crew, & guard students

      • Load trucks

      • Loading Crew Students’ instruments load onto truck

      • Guard into costume + make up, etc

    • 8:15am  Call time for all other students

      • Drumline load equipment

      • Winds/Perc Dress Into Costume + Show Hair

        • sliders

        • marching shoes

        • long socks (black-color)

        • tank-top undershirt (black-color)

      • ***Put personal clothes into costume bags, which will go onto the bus***

  • EVENT

    • 9:00am Load Buses

      • Hang Costume Bag in bus

      • Trumpets, Saxes, Bass Clarinets, Mellos, Baritones, Clarinets, Flutes load under/on Buses

    • 9:30am Depart Union High School

    • 9:50am  Arrive at Broken Arrow High School

    • 10:00am  Unload Trucks

    • 11:00am Pit Walk to Warmup

    • 11:12am  Pit Prelims WarmUp (Zone ‘C’)

    • 11:05am  Winds / Battery / Guard Walk to Prelims WarmUp

    • 11:19am  Winds / Battery / Guard Prelims WarmUp (Zone ‘C’)

    • 11:57pm  Pit leave WarmUp

    • 12:04pm  Winds / Battery / Guard leave WarmUp

    • 12:07pm  Pit arrive at gate

    • 12:14pm  Winds / Battery / Guard arrive at gate

    • 12:24pm  OBA Performance

    • 12:36pm  Push to Trucks / Buses

      • Begin Loading: trucks and bus understorage bays

      • Change out of costume aboard buses

    • 1:30pm Lunch Served

      • MENU: chicken chunks, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, green beans

      • Catering Service: Marshall Family Catering

    • 2:00pm Team Meeting (pending weather & time)

    • 2:15pm Load Buses

    • 2:30pm Buses depart for UHS

    • 3:00pm Buses arrive UHS.

      • Unload bus bays

      • Unloading of trucks when trucks arrive

SPECTATORS INFORMATION


PARKING

Some on-campus parking is available. Additional Parking is available at Vanguard Academy (East of the Stadium) and at the Creekwood Elementary & ECC Schools (West of the Stadium).  Patrons parking in these locations will walk to the stadium.
