Student Arrival Time: 6:15pm
UPAC Doors Open: 6:45pm
Concert Begins: 7:00pm

Time of Arrival
The students will need to arrive before 6:30 pm. A good time to have students seated is 6:15pm. We will warm up the bands at 6:30 pm. So, they will need to be in their seats with their instruments ready to play at 6:30PM. Please remember to be on time and take any traffic issues into account when leaving to come to the UPAC. Please be aware that 71st street and Mingo is a very busy intersection.
Drop-off Location
Please drop off students at the south entrance of the high school. This is the same drop off as the winter concert.
Concert Attire
All band students are required to wear an ALL-black performance uniform. ALL-black shoes are required as well. Students who are not dressed according to the dress code may not be allowed to perform.
Conclusion
