      • SHIRT/COAT/JACKET/TOP COLORS NOT ALLOWED: yellow, orange, pink, blue, green, purple, brown, beige

STUDENT ITINERARY

NOTE: THERE IS NO MEAL SERVICE FOR THIS EVENT

• 5:00pm Band Building Open

• 5:30pm  CALL TIME / Truck Loading  (percussion, sousa, baritone, mello, BClar, bari)

• 5:45pm  Load buses

• 6:00pm  Depart UHS for BAHS

• 6:30pm  Unload trucks, situate into stands

• 7:00pm  Kick-Off Go Union!

• Halftime Snack served

• Post-game  load trucks, load buses

• Approx 11:30pm  Arrive UHS, unload, dismiss

GAME-TIME PROCEDURES

• Maintain seating in designated positions

• No gum chewing or eating

• No concessions purchases allowed

• Cheer enthusiastically but not obnoxiously

• Bathroom visits

  • (once per student) are allowed during 2nd Quarter, Halftime, and 3rd quarter.

  • Students may not leave the bleachers alone; must have a buddy for the restroom break.

• Post-Game: (approx. 10:00pm) 

  • Alma Mater performed. Closing announcements, dismissal.

  • Exit Bleachers

  • Load Trucks and Buses

  • All students must be picked up from campus or have departed campus by 11:30pm

    • Parent drivers picking up student riders: please plan to pick-up at the North drive-up, via the traffic signal at 66th & Mingo.

  • Express an attitude of gratitude to Adult Volunteers and Section Leaders for all their hard work to ensure a great experience for the students tonight.

ITINERARY

• Student attire:

  • Shirt or sweatshirt/hoodie or jacket: Union Bands, Regiment, Union Redhawks, or Union attire.

  • Jeans and sneakers.

  • Please wear neutral colors, such as whites, grays, blacks. Red is also acceptable.

  • Avoid blues, greens, yellows, pinks, purples, oranges, and browns.

• 6:00pm Band Building Unlocked

• 6:30pm Meeting + Warm-Up in BR1

• 6:45pm (approx): Move in to stadium bleachers

  • Brasses enter stadium via Vom-4, right turn, Aisle J/K

  • Woodwinds, Guard and Percussion enter stadium via field level stairs and Aisle K/L

  • Observe Pregame activities

• 7:00pm  Kick-Off: GO UNION!

• Game-Time procedures:

  • Clean band rooms
