UHS Bands Spring Concert: Concert Winds, Symphonic Band, Symphonic Winds, Wind Ensemble

TIMES

  • AUDIENCE

    • UPAC Audience DOORS OPEN at 6:45pm

  • STUDENT ARRIVAL

    • Concert Winds students will begin warm-up at 6:00pm on the UPAC Stage

    • Symphonic Band students will begin warm-up at 6:15pm in Band Room #3.

    • Symphonic Winds students will begin warm-up at 6:30pm in Band Room #1

    • Wind Ensemble students will begin warm-up at 6:30pm in Band Room #2

  • PERFORMANCES

    • The order of performances is Concert Winds, Symphonic Band, Symphonic Winds, and then Wind Ensemble.

    • Following the last piece of the final group, all students will turn in their concert attire, originally checked out in summer/fall of 2024. See all details and policies here.

STUDENT POLICIES

  • Students will wear the school-issue formal concert attire as the mandatory dress for this performance.

  • Students will observe each other’s performances.

UHS Band/Guard SENIORS Group Photo Session

  • WHO: Class of 2025 Senior Band and Guard Students! A Faculty member will be present along with UBPC President and Photographer. There will not be time at the event for parents to take their own pictures and can be distracting to students. Section leaders can make arrangements to have photos after this event ends if they wish to.

  • WHAT: Group and Section Photos will be printed on the Senior Poster for Senior Night. Digital downloads will be available free to students after senior night. Each student will receive a poster signed by their Class of 2023 classmates.

  • WHEN: Sunday, October 6 – Approx 5:30-7pm

  • WHERE: Location UHS Band Building

  • HOW to dress: Section Leaders coordinate with their section: dark, solid color t-shirt and jeans.
