Please plan to be in performance attire for the duration of your time on campus. Restrooms will of course be available, however our spaces are inadequate for the purpose of students changing into or out of performance attire.

Every group deserves a proper environment in which to perform. Please review concert etiquette prior to arrival.
Please remind students to remain quiet when transiting to the warm-up, concert, & clinic spaces.
Please clearly mark all equipment and be sure to collect it before leaving. Percussion stands are items commonly left behind.
A guide will assist each ensemble in navigating the event site and performance flow.
Ensemble Warm-up will begin 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time, with a transition to the stage 5 minutes before the scheduled performance.
Parents are welcome to attend your performances! Spectators must park in the general student parking lot located to the south of Union High School’s South Entry, which is labeled “PAC/Gym”. School is in session, therefore spectators must present photo ID which will be scanned into the security system, and a visitor badge printed. Entry to the PAC is located just beyond the security checkpoint.
Though unconfirmed at the time of this writing, there is a likelihood that the performances will be livestreamed
Performance & Clinic Info
