Each RR family is committed to help at least once in Tuttle Stadium Concessions. This obligation can be met one of two ways:
A family member (not the RR student) works one Varsity Game
The student works one JV or UYFA Game.
Families are welcome and encouraged to work more than one event! It’s a great way to meet other parents and earn some income for your student’s band account.
Signups are available now. There are limited slots for each event, and our first event is this Thursday evening. Information and the Signups are available at UnionBands.com/Concessions.

LETTER JACKETS!
If you wish to order a letter jacket this season, We will be fitting for letter jackets by (generalized) sections this year over a two week period after sectionals and full ensemble rehearsals. The letter jackets are $180 base cost and can increase slightly by alterations needed, additional instruments or extended sizing. These are the only dates fittings will occur this school year in order to assure you have your jackets in hand to wear by the time it gets cold next semester.
I will be in the new uniform room in the new band building after rehearsals are dismissed on these days. You will be able to try on jacket sizers, fill out your order form and payment is due at the time of placing your order. Cash (exact change please), checks or cards are accepted. VOLUNTEER TO BE A SECTION PARENT
The Section Parent Coordinator organizes the efforts of the parents within their student's section to support the section by assisting in uniform dressing before each game and competition, preparing a comfortable place for them to rest and bond in our competition tent cities (with shade tents, chairs, drinks, etc.), encouraging bonding activities outside of the regular schedule, encouraging communications within the parent group, and generally supporting the efforts of the staff, UBPC, and the student leadership in making the section a positive environment and a success.
World's Finest Chocolate is available for checkout! We anticipate the on-line order form for in class pickup to be available soon. In the meantime, you can stop by the High School Band Room 3 (Formerly Band Room 1) to check out in person TOMORROW (Tuesday from 8:00pm to 8:30).
UBPC is requesting payment for all previous checked out boxes before checking out any additional boxes. In addition, each student can only check out 1 box.

DRILLERS OPPORTUNITIES
There are still wonderful fundraising opportunities at OneOk Field this summer for your band account! There are plenty of Drillers and FC Tulsa games remaining on the schedule this season. If you volunteer to work at one of the concession stands, you will make money for your Charms account. The Drillers will pay you $45 PER VOLUNTEER for every game you work. This is easy money and a great way to raise funds without the pressure of selling something to your friends or family.
